The second-year is a pivotal time in the college experience where students need to declare their major, begin career development, and maintain their busy lives. The SYE program is here to support students in their academic and personal success by offering services that support your goals.
SYE Peer Mentors are students that support second-year students through their academic year by hosting social events and professional development opportunities.

Begin career planning by applying for internships, campus jobs, and attend professional development workshops.
Develop your leadership skills: join a club or athletic team, attend campus events monthly, participate in multicultural events, and get involved with your college major.

Attend financial literacy workshops.
