The mission of the Hospitality Club at California State University, Monterey Bay is to cultivate a collaborative and experiential environment that supports the personal and professional growth of students interested in the hospitality industry. Through meaningful engagement, hands-on learning, and industry exposure, the organization seeks to prepare members to confidently pursue diverse opportunities within the field while fostering a strong sense of community.
Membership in the Hospitality Club shall provide: Access to hands-on learning experiences, including events, site visits, and interactive workshops. Opportunities to network with industry professionals, alumni, and peers. Exposure to career pathways and professional development resources within the hospitality field. A supportive community that fosters personal growth, leadership skills, and meaningful connections.
