About Us

Our mission is to bring about awareness of sustainability to the local community as well as connect our students with jobs and opportunities within the industry. It is our responsibility to be the advocates of change in the professional world. We will aim to educate the community and students on hospitality jobs and important environmental issues and what we can do to lessen or prevent our impact. Through tours, lessons, and hosting guest speakers, the Hospitality Club will connect CSUMB and with the community. Our club focus also directly relates to the hospitality industry--what hospitality entails, why it's important to incorporate sustainability, and who else can be sustainable.
