Flyer for HSI Week Keynote and Lunch
Join El Centro for a special keynote and Q&A from 1-2:30pm by renowned HSI scholar, Dra. Gina Ann Garcia. Dra. Garcia is a public scholar and advocate for equity in higher education. Her research explores what it truly means for colleges and universities to "serve" Latine/x students—not just enroll them. Grounded in her original theories of change, she works to disrupt the status quo and build transformative futures for Hispanic Serving Institutions. Lunch will also be provided, from 12-1pm, for those in attendance for the Keynote.
