Sports Club Officers,

SCC Reactivation - Part 2, 2021 is HERE!!! As we all prepare for a return to campus please make sure your club has all of the following information ready and completed before or by September 3rd, 2021 @ 11:59PM. Please make sure to share this information with club members. Lastly, this document is located in the ALL MEMBERS folder and MyRaft.

 

Executive Board Officers (President, Treasurer, Secretary, Safety Officer) Requirements:

• Training video series - ALL EBoard Officers; due on: 8/28/2021 @11:59PM (before SCC Executive Officer Retreat)

• Return to Play Protocol - ALL Sports Club: due on 9/3/2021 @11:59PM 

  • A folder called "COVID-return to play" is created in ALL MEMBERS drive regarding this information. 

  • Officers, please refer to this document as a guide to share what your club is anticipating for this academic year. LINK

  • I will be conducting officer hours Monday, Aug 9th 12:30pm-1:30pm and Tuesday, Aug 10th 11am-12pm to answer any questions and talk about this Fall Semester. I will be recording both sessions. 

• SCC Executive Officer Retreat - Aug. 29th, 2021 

 

E-board Officers and Sports Club Members (All Sports Club Student-Athletes ) Requirements:

• Sports Club Member Information 21/22 Form - ALL Sports Club members; due on: 9/3/2021 @11:59PM - LINK

• Concussion Training -  ALL Sports Club members; due on: 9/3/2021 @11:59PM  - LINK

• Fully Vaccinated - ALL Sports Club members; due on: 9/30/2021 @11:59PM 

  • Per the university decision, “Students with university housing reservations and student-athletes must submit proof of vaccination or exemption or they will not be eligible to move into housing. If you are waiting for your second vaccination date, you may still upload your vaccination proof to demonstrate you are in progress to be fully vaccinated, and follow testing requirements. - LINK
