Rec RECap

Our Outdoor Leaders went indoor climbing at Sanctuary Climbing Gym in Seaside last month. Participants enjoyed a fun evening climbing, trying new things, and meeting new people!

This group will be heading to Sanctuary every Tuesday night, so make sure to keep an eye out for future climbing events!

The Intramural Sports program hosted their annual 4v4 Flag Football Tournament at the Recreation Field.

Congratulations to our winning team: Practice Squad! And special thanks to all of our teams for coming out and giving us an exciting day of play.

The Intramural Sports team held the 6v6 Volleyball playoffs at Otter Sports Center. The final game went into three sets with a close final score of 15-11. Congratualtions to our IM Champs: Kachow!

Our 3v3 Basketball league had their playoff games last month. Participants came ready to battle it out for those IM Champ tees. Congratulations to our winning team: Triplets!

Intramural Sports wrapped up all three of their spring semester leagues, ending with the 5v5 Basketball playoffs. These games were competitive as ever, but it was our free agent team that came out on top!

Men's Rugby hosted their annual 7's Tournament out at the Rec Field! CSUMB faced off against Cal Maritime, University of the Pacific, Cal Poly Humboldt, and University of San Francisco.

Women's Rugby had a match against Cal Poly SLO out at the Recreation Field, competing alongside a handful of players from UC Santa Cruz. Check out their upcoming Alumni Game this month on the 22nd!

Otter Dance Team hosted a Hip Hop Workshop last month at the Dance Studio. Participants were able to learn new skills, get moving, and meet new people!

Last month our Men and Women's Volleyball team headed to Nevada to compete in the Las Vegas Classic! Both clubs will be playing in championship games this weekend on April 1 and 2.

The CSUMB Cheer team headed to Sacramento to compete for the Division 3 championship title! This squad came out on top and will be competing again on April 28 in Vegas. Good luck, ladies!
