Pride Club will be hosting a Rainbow Tunnel event Saturday, November 19, 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. A Rainbow Tunnel is an LGBTQ+ event that teaches folks about the colorful stories, culture, and history of queer folks. As each person makes their journey through the Rainbow Tunnel, they will collect different colors, each representing different elements of queer history. Each color will be added to their garment of choice. We will provide bandanas for participants to dye, and we welcome all to bring their own garments (preferably 100% cotton to work best with our dye). At the end of the tunnel, we will have two tables displaying Trangender and POC communities and their important role in the development of LGBTQ+ history, as well as handing out progressive pride flag bracelets. We are incredibly excited to have this event back on Campus, and look forward to seeing you all there!
