The SYE program is targeted to support students through their Second-Year at CSUMB. We recognize the unique needs of this academic year and provide programming designed to support your college and career development, along with identity exploration. Participation in this group and its events will help you:

*Help develop mindfulness habits to manage stress.
*Explore your major, ensuring it's the right fit for you!
*Work on career development- it's never too early to build your resume by studying abroad, joining research teams, or getting a part-time job!
*Connect with staff and faculty to help network later to land a job!
*Financial Literacy Training: FAFSA is hard enough; what about paying bills? Saving money for a house? Helpful tips on "adulting."
