Join Nature Rx sponsored by the Presidents Sustainability Committee for an on-campus 5 senses mindfulness walk! By the end of this walk, participants will learn about prominent green spaces CSUMB has to offer while practicing mindfulness that can be used long term to help manage stress.

No equipment needed! Dress in layers to prepare for CSUMBs ever changing weather. Bring water, snacks, sunglasses, sun protection, and comfortable walking shoes.

In this two hour on-campus event, we will walk about a mile with zero to little elevation gain. The trail system behind the library will be used, and will consist of uneven terrain so bring comfortable walking shoes. Participants can expect a short walk with long periods of pausing in place to get in touch with each of our 5 senses.

Meet in front of the Tanimura & Antle Family Memorial Library at 12:00pm.
