Join an intimate dialogue as we reflect on the words of BIPOC Lesbian authors and activists. Conversations will be based on written words, personal experience, and honoring the queer community that has come before us and inspires us in building a liberated community for all.Join us for an intimate discussion as we reflect on the works of BIPOC lesbian authors and activists. Our conversations will focus on their writings, personal experiences, and the importance of honoring the queer community that has paved the way for us. Together, we will explore how we can inspire and build a liberated community for everyone.

Nurayah Alvarado

Nurayah Alvarado (they/she/fae) is a genderfluid, disabled, chicane, femme lesbian from Santa Clara, CA with family in northern Idaho. They are a third year biology major and currently serves as the secretary of SACNAS at CSUMB as well as the otter cross cultural center's sustainability and wellness coordinator. Some of her interests include rabbits, fashion, social justice, and art.
