Would you like to learn how to protect yourself? Join our self-defense workshop led by Kyssa and Terra from Flow San Jose. This workshop is designed to empower women and femme individuals to defend themselves in any situation. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing.
This event is part of the the International Women's Day Summit features a variety of workshops throughout the day that celebrate women and gender-expansive individuals. These workshops are led by community members and experts in the field, all focusing on the theme "Gain to Give."
