Josh Harrower, Ph. D., BCBA-D is the Lawton Love Distinguished Professor of Special Education and Interim Chair of the Department of Education and Leadership at California State University, Monterey Bay. Dr. Harrower also coordinates the Special Education Credential Programs and the university’s Certificate Program in Behavior Analysis, and holds certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D).
