This year there have been some changes made to the executive officer retreat. Executive officer retreat traditionally has been a mandatory 4 to 6 hour retreat on the first Sunday of the semester. Giving our student leaders the information and tools they need to be successful in running their organizations. We have decided to combine with leadership development's annual conference, Returning to Relationships, Values, and What Really Matters, to streamline processes and combine resources to give you the best experience possible. It will be offered virtually and in-person on 9/17/21 3-7 pm. It will be an engaging afternoon with speakers and activities to help you run a thriving student organization. There will be a special in-person dinner for organization members that attend in person.
Each organization will be required to have at least 2 members in attendance to remain active. It is encouraged that you send more individuals three or four depending on where your organization would like to be in the tier system. Your reps should hopefully be officers in your organization but are not required to be. We know that there's a chance that some of your officers may not be able to make it and that's why we are flexible in saying that just a representative from your organization needs to be there and not specifying specific individuals. One person can only represent one organization, no double-dipping. Please register below. The deadline to register and still get dinner is 9/7/21. After that, you can still come but you just won't get food. Please RSVP using the RSO leader option.
Happy Friday!
