Please Note: Although the event registration states that the event is "Free," there will be a $140 student orientation fee applied to your account after the enrollment confirmation deadline on July 31st. This is a mandatory student fee for all new students. No payment is required at the time of registration. The orientation fee is due on July 31st along with all other tuition and fees. Check-in will begin at 8 am and a continental breakfast will be provided. All attendees are encouraged to park in Lot 71, where they will receive a parking permit free of charge.
Guest Policy: Guests must be registered by their student in order to attend an orientation session. Payment of the guest fee is required prior to your orientation date. Refunds are permitted up to 2 weeks prior to the session date. Email your refund request to orientation@csumb.edu and include your student’s name, date of payment and reason for the refund. Requests received within 2 weeks of a session will not be accepted. Please note that a processing fee is charged for each refund requested. Refunds can take from 2-3 weeks to post and are returned to the credit card on file. Fees are transferable to a different date if you select a different session, email for more information.
Additional Considerations:
Minor participants/attendees must remain in the supervision of their parent, legal guardian or authorized/assigned chaperone during the course of this event. CSU Monterey Bay's staff, faculty, students, and guests will not be held responsible or liable for the supervision of any minor participant/attendee during the event.
