Through this gentle, heart-centered practice, you’ll be guided to open up to the deep well of emotional healing and vitality within. You’ll learn to cultivate self-love, compassion for others, and a sense of profound connection to the world around you.
This meditation is designed to nurture both personal well-being and social connection. When we bring attention to the heart, we create more space for empathy, understanding, and kindness — not only toward ourselves but also toward those we interact with.
We will have a conversation about the benefits of meditation before the session and debrief in small groups after the audio has concluded.
