In a world that constantly pulls our attention in many directions, we often forget to nourish the most important part of ourselves — our hearts. This Guided Meditation for the Heart by the Boho Beautiful Yoga is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the space of love, compassion, and inner peace that resides within you.

Through this gentle, heart-centered practice, you’ll be guided to open up to the deep well of emotional healing and vitality within. You’ll learn to cultivate self-love, compassion for others, and a sense of profound connection to the world around you.

This meditation is designed to nurture both personal well-being and social connection. When we bring attention to the heart, we create more space for empathy, understanding, and kindness — not only toward ourselves but also toward those we interact with.

We will have a conversation about the benefits of meditation before the session and debrief in small groups after the audio has concluded.
