The Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) Cybersecurity Program will present an discussion on the critical roles and responsibilities involved in securing a large-scale enterprise of over 15,000 individuals. Drawing from their extensive history and unique experiences at a national laboratory, the speakers will provide valuable insights into the challenges and strategies of managing enterprise security in a complex and dynamic environment. Additionally, the team will highlight exciting career opportunities in cybersecurity, computing, and other areas at LLNL, showcasing the laboratory’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and national security. This session is ideal for professionals, students, and anyone interested in exploring the evolving field of cybersecurity and the impactful work being done at LLNL.

Ryan de Temple
Ryan de Temple is the Governance Risk & Compliance Engineering Team Lead at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL), with deep expertise in information security and infrastructure operations. He has led multiple engineering teams and excels in building collaborative, technically adept teams to address complex challenges in enterprise, government (DOE, DOD), and startup environments. Ryan's strengths lie in solving complex problems and translating technical challenges into actionable insights to ensure security and operational excellence. He holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and is CISSP certified.
Aaron Haycraft
Aaron Haycraft graduated with a BS in Computer Science and Information Technology from CSUMB in 2014, graduated with an MS in Computer Science in March 2017 from the Naval Postgraduate School. He spent 8.5 years working for the Federal Reserve System, in multiple capacities, including the National Incident Response Team and the Enterprise Problem Management team. He also did a rotation with the Federal Reserve Board of Governors on their local incident response team. He has been working at LLNL for about 3 months now on the Digital Forensics and Incident Response team
